Sue McCart has many years of experience as a show producer, trade show operations, and as a convention facility manager and a hotel sales director. She knows how to negotiate exceptional value at a fair price. Few industry professionals have had the opportunity to “work both sides of the fence” as they say. There are very few trade show or event logistical questions out there that she has not asked, or have been asked of her.
McCart spent over fourteen years with Atlanta Market Center (now AmericasMart). The last five years were spent leading its AMC Tradeshows division, as Vice President / General Manager, prior to founding HFI Event Services in 1997.
She also has a decade’s experience in sales, marketing, conference planning, and convention services in the hospitality industry with Holiday Inns, Dearborn Inn, and the Hyatt Hotel chain.
Her experience is invaluable when negotiating with hotels, facilities and other related vendors and suppliers. HFI Event Services has worked in most top-tier cities across the USA and many mid-sized cities. McCart has negotiated services in union and right-to-work environments.
